Modular Structure & Working Procedure
Advanced Structure: Composed of kiln system, driving system, burning system, gas flue system, electrical control system and safety protection system, with high manufacturing accuracy
Standard Working Procedure: Formed green bricks/ceramic products are placed on crucibles → moved into kiln by feeding platform rollers → pass through preheating zone, burning zone and cooling zone in sequence → finished products output, crucibles recycled for reuse
